This is news we hate to report. Tel Aviv has been ranked one of the top 10 worst places for creative professionals in the world. I believe it. Not easy out here, you guys. Israel is known to be the Startup Nation, but a new survey says Tel Aviv specifically is a challenging environment for those working in creative fields like art, music, and architecture.
Apparently, there are just 3,456 creative jobs in Tel Aviv. I wonder if I am considered one of them! I make my own show. The average earnings for a person in Tel Aviv in a creative role is $1,367, and average monthly expenses are $1,121. That leaves those creatives with $246 to play with! Yipee. Tel Aviv came in number 4 behind Johannesburg, South Africa, Mumbai, India, and New Delhi, India. The best places to be creative include Europe, the US, and Asia.
